Started with one of these. Micro Models Wagons

The rear window has been removed and added top the front chopped just after the drivers door.

I needed to build a base for the vehicle so I needed to calculate the length of the vehicle to fit the load.

Using the same material I built up the rear to allow for a ramp.

The frame was then clad with aluminium sides and top and the side strips are brass square profile strips..

The model fully clad and primed with the rubber matting cut to size ready for painting and gluing.

Painted in the dark green colour of the original

Detailing to the grill and bumpers added from another model I had to take apart as the bumper from it was perfect for this model. An interior was fitted also sourced from another vehicle. Fortunately both parts providers were dispensable models.

Decals added. These are not exact copies from the original.

Finally with a racing car on the back. I think the original was also a similar model.
